Move-in date must occur on or before 31 October 2026.
Customers must confirm the promotional term — either 6 months or 12 months — before move-in; this selection cannot be changed once confirmed. The $6-month(s) benefit will be applied on the 6th and/or 12th months. This benefit is non-refundable and non-proratable; no partial or prorated refund will be given if the customer moves out before the applicable month is completed.
The prorated month counts as the 1st month of the promotional term.
Deposit and other fees Policy
- No Deposit: No Deposit Plans are subject to a mandatory registration to payment by Credit Card Autopay or Direct Debit through RedBox portal. $100 administrative cost (one-off) and charges of SAFE Keeping Plan to be collected on/before the move-in day.
- With Deposit: Mandatory security deposit of One-month standard rent (Refundable), $100 administrative cost (one-off) and charges of SAFE Keeping Plan to be collected on/before the move-in day. "
A HK$100 supermarket voucher will be issued to customers upon successful move-in. Limited quota, first-come, first-served.
Termination Policy: Termination Notice - 1-month.
All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of RedBox Storage Limited.
