Terms and Conditions

1. This offer is applicable to new corporate customers of RedBox Storage (upon verification of Valid Business registration and enrollment under Company Name) and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
2. Customers must register the offer via QR code on the direct mailer.
3. Move-in date must occur within 14 days maximum after the booking confirmation date.
4. This offer is subject to self-storage availability at the time of booking, first come first serve basis.
5. Deposit and other fees Policy
   • No Deposit: No Deposit Plans are subject to a mandatory registration to payment by Credit Card Autopay or Direct Debit. $75 administrative cost (one-off) to be collected on/before the move-in day.
   • With Deposit: Mandatory security deposit of One-month standard rent (Refundable) and $75 administrative cost (one-off) to be collected on/before the move-in day.
6. Termination Policy: Termination Notice - 1-month.
7. Waived Period Policy: Waived periods are non-amendable, non-refundable, and non-proratable.
8. Waived Months Pattern: 6th & 12th Month Waived
9. Fixed contracting can be offered for 6 Months or 12 Months duration upon request.
10. Waived Packing Merchandise:
    • Up to 36 document boxes or the equivalent to $1000 value of RedBox packing merchandise can be redeemed. This offer is a one-off redemption and non-refundable. 
    • The packing merchandise one-time free delivery to a single destination will be arranged by RedBox.
11. Free Move-in Transportation: One-time FREE moving and transportation service on the move-in day (A complimentary trip from a single origin)
12. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of RedBox Storage Limited.
