Terms and Conditions

1. This offer is applicable to RedBox Storage new customers & existing customers for additional units only.
2. This offer can be used in conjunction with the 'Switch to Us' offer. This offer is not eligible to use with 'Refer A Friend' offer.
3. The offer applies to selected Red Vault units and is subject to Red Vault units availability at the time of booking.
4. Move-in date must occur within 14 days maximum after the booking confirmation date.
5. Deposit and other fees Policy:
   • No Deposit: No Deposit Plans are subject to a mandatory registration to payment by Credit Card Autopay or Direct Debit. $75 administrative cost (one-off) to be collected on/before the move-in day.
   • With Deposit: Mandatory security deposit of One-month standard rent (Refundable) and $75 administrative cost (one-off) to be collected on/before the move-in day.
6. The maximum rental period of this offer is 12 months. The prorated month counts as the 1st month.
7. Termination Notice - 1-month.
8. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of RedBox Storage Limited.
