1.【New Customer Offer - Get $60 Call Van Voucher】

1. This offer is available to new RedBox customers who registered via the event page prior to reservation/move-in, regardless of whether the customer is a new or existing GoGoX user.
2. Upon successful move-in, RedBox will issue a unique promo code for customers to redeem the $60 voucher in the GoGoX App. (This offer does not apply to Locker units.)
3. The promo code must be redeemed on/before 31st December, 2026 and used within 3 months. Expired codes will be void and will not be reissued or extended.
4. Each customer is entitled to redeem and use the promo code once only.
5. The voucher is non-exchangeable for cash, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
6. In the event of fraud or misuse, GoGoX reserves the right to void the voucher without prior notice.
7. Voucher usage terms, including eligible vehicle types and any limit on one voucher per order, are subject to GoGoX’s promo code terms. Please refer to the GoGoX App for details.
8. In the event of any dispute, RedBox and GoGoX reserve the right of final decision.

1. This offer applies to new RedBox Storage customers only.
2. This offer can be combined with existing percentage-based discount promotions, up to a maximum combined discount of 50% off. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any free-month or special month rate promotions.
3. The offer is subject to self-storage availability at the time of booking, on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. Submit a screenshot of GoGoX account upon reservation.
5. Move-in must occur within 14 days of booking confirmation.
6. Deposit and other fees Policy
   • No Deposit Plans are subject to a mandatory registration to payment by Credit Card Autopay or Direct Debit through RedBox portal. $100 administrative cost (one-off) and charges of SAFE Keeping Plan to be collected on/before the move-in day.
   • With Deposit: Mandatory security deposit of One-month standard rent (Refundable), $100 administrative cost (one-off) and charges of SAFE Keeping Plan to be collected on/before the move-in day.

7. The discounted rental period varies according to the discount offers at the time. The prorated month counts as the 1st month. Afterward, the standard rate applies.
8. Termination notice is 1 month.
9. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of RedBox Storage Limited.
