LongTerm Saver 2026

1. This offer is applicable to RedBox Storage new customers only. 

2. This can be used in conjunction with 'Referral Program 2026' or 'Switch To Us'

3. The offer applies to selected units and is subject to self storage availability at the time of booking.

4. Move-in date must occur within 14 days maximum after the booking confirmation date.

5. Deposit and other fees Policy

• No Deposit Plans are subject to a mandatory registration to payment by Credit Card Autopay or Direct Debit through RedBox portal. $100 administrative cost (one-off) and charges of SAFE Keeping Plan to be collected on/before the move-in day.
• With Deposit: Mandatory security deposit of One-month standard rent (Refundable), $100 administrative cost (one-off) and charges of SAFE Keeping Plan to be collected on/before the move-in day.

6a. Lease Terms
Tenants are required to commit to a 12-month contract. **The prorated month counts as the 1st month.

6b. Lease Rate Stability:
Monthly rental are fixed for the entire lease period.

6c. Lease Renewal
This discount offer ends with the signed lease terms and rents return to standard.

6d. Lease Obligations and Early Termination Policy:

i. Lease Obligations:

Tenants are required to pay early termination penalties, which are the remaining dues (including but not limited to other fees and penalties) for the rest of the contract period.

ii. Early Termination Policy:

Early termination of the lease is permissible without requiring the tenant to fulfill lease obligations under Unit or Location Changes.

Tenants may request to transfer to a different RedBox Storage unit (same or different size) or to a different RedBox Storage location. This is subject to unit availability and fulfillment of the following conditions.:

• A new lease agreement is signed for a term of 12 months.
• Vacating the original unit and occupancy of the new unit occur on consecutive dates without tenancy gaps.
• Any difference in rental rates is the tenant’s responsibility, and additional administrative fees and deposit will be applied.

Once the transfer request is approved, the tenant will no longer be obligated to fulfill the lease obligations of the original agreement.

7. RedBox will arrange for the transportation of items from the Customer's single designated address (direct point-to-point) to their unit at RedBox Storage. This service does not apply to Locker units. Packing materials and packing services are not included.

8. Relocated items not stored at RedBox are subject to transportation fees and disposal fees.

9. The free relocation is non-refundable and applicable on the move-in day only.

10. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of RedBox Storage Limited.
