Terms and Conditions

1. This offer is applicable to new customers of RedBox Storage.
2. This can be used in conjunction with 'Refer A Friend' or 'Switch to Us'.
3. This offer is subject to self-storage availability at the time of booking, first come first serve basis.
4. Move-in date must occur within 14 days maximum after the booking confirmation date.
5. Deposit & Other Fees Policy:
   • No Deposit:
     • Mandatory registration to pay by credit card autopay. $75 administrative cost (one-off), and storage protection plan fee (if applicable) to be collected on/before the move-in day.
   • With Deposit: 
     • Mandatory security deposit of one-month standard rent (Refundable), $75 administrative cost (one-off), and storage protection plan fee (if applicable) to be collected on/before the move-in day. 
6. Termination Policy: 
   • Termination notice - 1-month.
7. Waived Period Policy: 
   • Waived periods are non-amendable, non-refundable, and non-proratable. 
8. Short Term Plan & Long Term Plan are not switchable after move-in. Waived months pattern: 
   • Long Term Offer -  6  Months+ : 6th & 12th months waived
   • Short Term Offer - 3 to 5 months : 2 weeks waived on the final month
9. All matters & disputes will be subject to the final decision of RedBox Storage Limited.
