Terms and Conditions

1. This offer is applicable to existing customers of RedBox Storage and for self-storage service only.
2. Referrer
   1. This is a one-off $500 credit on self storage rental. The credits will be applied to the referrer's RedBox account on the proceeding month of the referee's move-in. It cannot be exchanged for cash or gift coupons of other denominations, and it cannot be refunded in cash or in other forms. 
   2. The registered address of referee cannot be the same as the referrer.  The referrer and the referee shall not be the same person.
   3. The number of referrals per referrer is unlimited. 
3. Referee
   1. Referee must be a new customer of RedBox.
   2. This is a one-off $500 ($250 x 2 months) credit on self storage rental. The credits are to be applied in the second and third months. It cannot be exchanged for cash or gift coupons of other denominations, and it cannot be refunded in cash or in other forms.
   3. The unit number(s) of the referee cannot be the same as the referrer.
   4. Referee offer can be used in conjunction with other promotions when eligible.
   5. Deposit and other fees Policy
      • No Deposit: No Deposit Plans are subject to a mandatory registration to payment by Credit Card Autopay or Direct Debit. $75 administrative cost (one-off) to be collected on/before the move-in day.
      • With Deposit: Mandatory security deposit of one-month standard rent (Refundable) and $75 administrative cost (one-off) to be collected on/before the move-in day.  
4. To use this offer, the referral code should be quoted before any payment.
5. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of RedBox Storage Limited.
