Terms and Conditions

1. This offer is applicable to RedBox Storage new customers at Sai Wan branch only.
2. This can be used in conjunction with 'Referral Program 2024' and 'Switch To Us'
3. The offer applies to selected units and is subject to self storage availability at the time of booking.
4. Move-in date must occur within 14 days maximum after the booking confirmation date. And the last move-in date should be 31 October 2024.
5. Deposit and other fees Policy:
   • No Deposit Plans are subject to a mandatory registration to payment by Credit Card Autopay or Direct Debit/FPS through RedBox portal. $75 administrative cost (one-off) and charges of SAFE Keeping Plan to be collected on/before the move-in day.
   • With Deposit: Mandatory security deposit of One-month standard rent (Refundable), $75 administrative cost (one-off) and charges of SAFE Keeping Plan to be collected on/before the move-in day.
6. The maximum rental period of this offer is 12 months. The prorated month counts as the 1st month.
7. Termination Notice - 1-month.
8. A reservation fee of 300 HKD is required to secure your storage unit and offer. This fee is non-refundable but will be credited towards your rent when move-in.
9. Sai Wan Switch To Us: 
   • Customers who switch from other storage operator can be entitled HKD300 supermarket voucher. Provide proof of the current engagement (ie contract, invoice or receipt) (within the latest 3 months) with another self storage operator before move-in is required.
   • Each new customer may claim this offer only once. Offer is subject to availability and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
   • The voucher can be redeemed upon the move-in day only, and cannot be exchanged in other format.
   • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with regular Switch To Us offer.
10. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of RedBox Storage Limited.
