Terms and Conditions

1. This offer is applicable to new customers of RedBox Storage and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
2. This offer is subject to self-storage availability at the time of booking, first come first serve basis.
3. Move-in date must occur within 14 days maximum after the booking confirmation date.
4. Deposit and other fees Policy
   • No Deposit:
     • Mandatory registration to pay by Credit Card Autopay. $75 administrative cost (one-off), and storage insurance fee (From $40/monthly) to be collected on/before the move-in day.
   • With Deposit: 
     • Mandatory security deposit of One-month standard rent (Refundable), $75 administrative cost (one-off), and storage insurance fee (From $40/monthly) to be collected on/before the move-in day. 
5. Termination Policy: 
   • Termination Notice - 1-month.
6. Waived Period Policy: 
   • Waived periods are non-amendable, non-refundable, and non-proratable. 
7. Short Term Plan and Long Term Plan are not switchable after move-in. Waived Months Pattern: 
   • Long Term Offer -  6  Months+ : 6th & 12th Month Waived
   • Short Term Offer - 3 to 5 months : 2 Weeks Waived on the final month
8. For Customer Eligible to Switch to Us ONLY:
   • A proof of their current engagement (within the latest 3 months) with another self storage operators for validations is required. 
   • New unit at RedBox cannot be less than 10sqf versus the existing rented unit. Above that threshold subject to review.
   • RedBox will arrange the moving of goods from the existing site and unit of the customer to the RedBox new unit.
9. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of RedBox Storage Limited.
