2. Each customer can use this offer only once.
3. The promotional monthly plan is valid from September 1, 2025 to August 31, 2026.
4. The delivery address must be Sunny House accommodation. 
5. It includes the first time empty box drop-off and delivery back to the storage.
6. The promotional plan is charged on a monthly basis; any period less than one month will still be counted as one full month. The offer applies only to boxes allocated under the promotional monthly plan. Any boxes or items not assigned to the plan will be charged at standard rates. 
7. Subsequent transportation will be charged according to standard rates.
8. Additional charges for remote areas, stairs, and parking will be applied as per standard rates.
9. This offer is limited to one redemption per customer; any excess beyond the quota must be paid for at the difference.
10. After the promotion period ends, continued usage will be charged at the standard rates.

4. The offer is subject to self-storage availability at the time of booking, on a first-come, first-served basis.
5. Submit Weave Living resident proof upon reservation.
6. Move-in must occur within 14 days of booking confirmation.
7. Deposit and other fees Policy
   • No Deposit Plans are subject to a mandatory registration to payment by Credit Card Autopay or Direct Debit through RedBox portal. $100 administrative cost (one-off) and charges of SAFE Keeping Plan to be collected on/before the move-in day.
   • With Deposit: Mandatory security deposit of One-month standard rent (Refundable), $100 administrative cost (one-off) and charges of SAFE Keeping Plan to be collected on/before the move-in day.

8. The discounted rental period varies according to the discount offers at the time. The prorated month counts as the 1st month. Afterward, the standard rate applies.
9. RedBox will arrange for the transportation of items from the Customer's single designated address (direct point-to-point) to their unit at RedBox Storage when customers sign a 12-month contract. This service does not apply to Locker units. Packing materials and packing services are not included.
10. Relocated items not stored at RedBox are subject to transportation fees and disposal fees.
11. The free relocation is non-refundable and applicable on the move-in day only.
12. Termination notice is 1 month.
13. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of RedBox Storage Limited.
