To schedule a visit to RedBox Mini Storage, visit our website, call or Whatsapp our customer service at 2556 1116. Provide your preferred facility, date and time, and confirm your appointment with us. Locations also offer online booking options for convenience.
You have flexible access from 7 AM to 12 AM daily, ensuring the all units remains secure and well-maintained. Upon move-in, you’ll receive a unique PIN code to access your floor. Plan your visit within these hours to complete your tasks.
You can store furniture, appliances, seasonal items, documents, and personal belongings in a self storage unit. Hazardous materials, perishable food, and illegal items are typically prohibited. Check with your facility for specific guidelines.
RedBox keeps your first payment transparent. It includes a one-time HK$100 Administration Fee, your first month’s rent based on the unit and rental period selected, a SAFE Keeping Plan starting from HK$28 per month, and a deposit where applicable. Customers who set up Credit Card Autopay or Direct Debit to waive the deposit.
Late payments incur a late fee. Access to your unit will be suspended until all outstanding amounts have been paid. To help avoid missed payments, consider registering for Credit Card/Direct Debit Autopay.
To move out, please give one month’s (30 days’) notice. On your move-out date, remove all items from the unit and sign the official Termination Notice to complete the handover.
Your deposit refund cheque will be ready within 14 working days after the Termination Notice is signed. You can collect it at the facility or request registered mail delivery for HK$20. The deposit cannot be used to offset rent or other fees.
To book a unit, visit the RedBox Mini Storage website or contact their office directly. Choose the unit size you need, provide your details, and complete the reservation process online or in person. Payment may be required to confirm your booking.

Waive the deposit by registering for Credit Card Autopay or Direct Debit. Otherwise, a refundable deposit equal to one month’s standard rent is required.
