1. Download and Install
The mobile app is available on App Store and Play Store.
2. Login
Login with the email and password you set up for RedBox Login Portal. For First Time users or if you forget your password, click ‘Don’t know your password’ to reset.

There's no need to memorize your password. At designated smart storage facilities, you can simply use the RedBox Mobile App to access your storage unit, eliminating the need for any physical keys or access cards. Furthermore, when you need to authorize friends or family members to access, you can use the RedBox Mobile App to grant the access with them, allowing them to enter and retrieve items from your mini storage unit.
