Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility criteria:
This offer applies to new and existing customers of RedBox Storage.
Unit or Space usage: Minimum 3 Units or a total area of 200 sqft is required.
Lease Period: Minimum 1 year and maximum 3 years

2. Offer stacking: This offer can be used in conjunction with "Switch to us". And it cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

3. Deposit and other fees Policy
No Deposit: No Deposit Plans are subject to a mandatory registration to payment by Credit Card Autopay or Direct Debit. $75 administrative cost (one-off) to be collected on/before the move-in day.
With Deposit: Mandatory security deposit of One-month standard rent (Refundable) and $75 administrative cost (one-off) to be collected on/before the move-in day.

4a. Lease Terms: For this offer the minimum rental period is 1 year and maximum is 3 years defined in the options: 

• 1 Year lease
• 2 Years lease
• 3 Years lease.

4b. Lease Rate Stability:
Lease rates are fixed for the entire lease period. Once a lease is signed, the rates will remain constant throughout the term of the lease, be it a 1, 2, or 3-year agreement.

4c. Adjustments During Lease Terms
Unit Reduction:
Tenants may request a reduction in the number of units at any time during the lease term. Termination policy applies.
Each unit is leased individually, reducing the number of units does not affect the terms of remaining units.
Unit Addition:
Tenants may request additional units to be included under the existing bulk offer.
Additional units requested that were not part of the original quote will be subject to current pricing and availability, and quoted on a case-by-case basis.
The terms for the new units will be co-terminus with the existing lease agreement(s).

4d. Lease Renewal
Lease Renewal is not automatic and is subject to eligibility assessment at the time of renewal. A period of 2 to 4 weeks prior to the lease end is recommended to initiate the lease renewal

4e. Lease Termination Policy
1-Year Lease: No termination is allowed, the tenant is liable for the rent for the full lease term.
2 & 3 Years Lease: A 6-month notice is required.

5. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of RedBox Storage Limited.
